Rotary hook thread hooking mechanism: Check the clearance of each part of the rotary hook, and it is necessary to replace the parts.
Feeding mechanism
1. Check the tooth frame mechanism.
2. Adjust the position of the teeth, replace the needle plate, etc.
Cutter mechanism
1. Check the coordination of the movable knife and the fixed knife, adjust the position
2. Check the cutting effect of the cutter and replace the blade in time.
Electrical appliances
1. Check the sound of the motor, the temperature rise, and the clutch.
2. Check whether the motor wires are damaged and whether the connection to the computer is normal.
3. Restore the computer system to factory settings at least twice a year.
