Roller Feed Post-bed Lockstitch Sewing Machine
Also known as Lola sewing machine in Chinese industry, the roller feed post-bed lockstitch machine is a heavy-duty industrial sewing equipment widely used for leather, footwear, bags and thick layered materials.
Different from ordinary flat sewing machines, it adopts synchronized upper and lower roller feed system. The top roller and bottom roller grip fabric and deliver material together with the needle, which effectively prevents material slipping, shifting or wrinkling during sewing. It performs excellently when crossing seams and sewing curved three-dimensional workpieces, delivering neat and consistent stitches even on multi-layer thick materials.
Modern computerized roller feed machines adopt direct-drive motor and integrated control system. Standard automatic functions include auto thread trimming, auto presser foot lifting and auto backstitch. Some upgraded models use stepper motor feeding to achieve precise stitch length control, constant stitch on curved seams and silent reverse stitching.
It is mainly applied in the manufacturing of leather shoes, safety shoes, sports shoes, handbags, wallets, belts, gloves, automotive upholstery, canvas goods and other leather & heavy textile products. Single needle and double needle versions are available to meet different production requirements.
