Working Principle of Servo Button Attaching All-in-One Machine

The servo button attaching all-in-one machine adopts precision servo direct-drive technology and intelligent electronic control system to realize automatic, accurate and fast fastener pressing and riveting. Different from traditional clutch motor machines, this equipment controls the whole punching process through servo motor precise positioning, achieving stable pressure, adjustable stroke and energy-saving operation.

1. Power Driving Principle

The machine is driven by a full-copper servo motor. The motor remains static and consumes no power in standby state. When the foot pedal is triggered, the system instantly outputs power to drive the transmission mechanism. The servo system supports soft start and soft stop, which makes the pressing process slow-down and buffered. This principle effectively avoids instantaneous rigid impact, prevents fabric crushing and fastener deformation, and ensures consistent riveting quality for every single product.

2. Intelligent Stroke and Pressure Control

Controlled by a microcomputer program, the machine accurately adjusts the punching depth, pressing stroke and riveting pressure according to different materials and fastener sizes. All working parameters can be set and saved on the digital panel. After parameter recording, the machine will automatically execute the matched working stroke in the next operation, realizing standardized and repeatable button attaching processing. It adapts flexibly to thin knitted fabrics, thick denim, leather and canvas materials.

3. Laser Positioning and Manual Feeding Principle

The equipment adopts manual feeding and precise laser positioning mode. The laser cross marks the exact fastening position on the workpiece, helping operators place buttons, rivets and eyelets accurately. After positioning is completed, step-on control triggers the machine to finish one-time vertical pressing and crimping. This working mode eliminates position deviation, greatly reduces defective rate, and improves the overall processing accuracy.

4. Infrared Safety Protection Mechanism

An infrared induction safety ring is installed around the working area. During machine operation, once human hands or foreign objects enter the punching range, the induction system will immediately send a stop signal to cut off the punching action. The machine only works when the working zone is safe, which fundamentally avoids clamping and pressing injuries and ensures safe continuous operation.

5. Overload Automatic Protection Principle

Built-in intelligent pressure detection module monitors the working status in real time. When the pressing resistance exceeds the standard range due to improper operation or abnormal molds, the system will automatically lock the motor and stop punching. This protection mechanism prevents damage to the motor, transmission structure and molds, greatly extending the machine's service life.

Working Flow Summary

Parameter setting → laser positioning → manual material placement → pedal triggering → servo precise punching → automatic reset & safety monitoring.
